The 55th China International Furniture Fair (CIFF) Guangzhou will take place in two phases from March 18-21 and March
28-31, 2025, at the Canton Fair Complex and PWTC EXPO in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Covering 850,000 square meters with over
4,700 exhibitors, the event will focus on “Design Trend, Global Trade, and Full Supply Chain,” under the theme
Powered by Design.
First Phase: Home Furniture (March 18-21)
The first phase, themed Navigation, will feature six key exhibition areas:
- CIFF Contemporary Design Fair – Covering 40,000 square meters, this section will include
over 60 commercial design brands, 40+ international design brands and studios, and 20+ designer brands. Seven
curated areas, such as the East Design Show, CMF Trends LAB, and DESIGN EXPORT, will showcase traditional
craftsmanship alongside modern design. - International Pavilion – Spanning 30,000 square meters, this pavilion will feature over
100 manufacturers from Italy, Singapore, the U.S., Malaysia, Australia, India, South Korea, and Turkey,
presenting diverse global design perspectives. - Upholstery Sector – Occupying 130,000 square meters, this section will feature nearly 330
domestic and international brands, including Kuka, MANWAH, and HTL. The “Sofa Plus” exhibit will offer an
immersive journey through global sofa innovations, while the Smart Sleep Zone will highlight advancements in
sleep technology. - Dining and Living Room Furniture – This 120,000-square-meter area will host nearly 800
manufacturers and include a dedicated E-commerce zone featuring platforms like Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Temu,
Shein, and Wayfair. - Home Decor & Textiles – Located in Area D, this section will showcase over 500
exhibitors under the theme Renewal, focusing on interior aesthetics and decoration trends. - Outdoor Furnishing – Covering Area B, this exhibition will display outdoor furniture,
sunshades, garden decor, grills, and camping gear, with a focus on outdoor living solutions.
Second Phase: Office and Commercial Space & CIFM/Interzum Guangzhou (March 28-31)
The second phase will highlight sustainability and innovation across 240,000 square meters with over 1,000
exhibitors. Key features include:
- Office and Commercial Space Exhibition – Featuring brands such as Sunon, CJF, and
Tiantan, this segment will emphasize sustainable design, with a focus on green, innovative, and fashion-forward
concepts. - CIFM/Interzum Guangzhou – Asia’s largest furniture manufacturing trade platform will
focus on production equipment, hardware accessories, and materials. The event will introduce nearly 300 overseas
exhibitors, including Opk, Homag, and Biesse, alongside themed areas such as the Design Original Hall and CMF
Trends Lab_2025.
Global Design and Industry Leadership
CIFF Guangzhou will emphasize the international influence of Chinese design through initiatives like the CIFF
Contemporary Design Fair and high-profile exhibitions curated by industry experts. The 2025 CD Awards
Ceremony will recognize achievements in furniture design, while trend forums will explore industry
directions.
The fair will also focus on smart consumption, sustainable materials, and elder-friendly solutions. Specialized areas
will showcase innovations in smart sleep, home adaptations, and bamboo-based home furnishings. Events such as
Voice of Design Community, Elites Talks, and New Product Launch will engage industry
professionals, with research institutions presenting insights on home furnishing trends.
Enhancing Global Trade Opportunities
With over 380,000 expected visitors from 200+ countries, CIFF Guangzhou will facilitate international trade through
its upgraded CIFF Interbiz Club, offering matchmaking, media support, and business management services. The
fair will also enhance domestic sales channels through partnerships with design institutions and leading retailers.
